🖨️ Printer Compatibility Guide

Print to Zebra Label Printers From Your Browser

Design labels in Barcode Canvas, send them silently to your Zebra thermal printer via the free LabelPro Bridge — no ZebraDesigner, no ZPL, no command line.

Any Zebra model with a Windows printer driver works with the LabelPro Bridge.

How It Works

1

Design in Barcode Canvas

Create your label in the browser. Set the canvas to your label's exact dimensions. Add barcodes, text, and your logo.

2

Install the free LabelPro Bridge

A lightweight Windows service (free download) that connects Barcode Canvas to any Windows printer — including your thermal label printer.

3

Click Direct Print

Hit the Direct Print button. Labels go straight to your printer — no browser print dialog, no paper size guessing, no scaling errors.

What You Get

Works with any Zebra that has a Windows driver

If your Zebra printer appears in Windows Devices & Printers, the Bridge can print to it. No model-specific configuration needed.

Vector-sharp output — no rasterisation

Barcode Canvas never converts your label to a bitmap before printing. Zebra thermal heads receive crisp vector geometry — barcodes scan first time.

Silent direct printing

The LabelPro Bridge sends jobs directly to the Zebra spooler. No browser print dialog, no paper size mismatch, no scaling.

Per-printer calibration

Set a permanent X/Y offset for your Zebra in Settings. Solves the common "label prints 2mm to the right" problem permanently.

Thermal shipping label (4"×6") built in

The 4×6 inch canvas is pre-configured in the template list — the standard Zebra thermal roll format for shipping and FBA labels.

No ZPL knowledge required

You design visually in the browser. The Bridge handles printing via the Windows driver — no ZPL commands to learn or maintain.

⚙️ Per-Printer Calibration

If your labels print slightly off-centre, use the per-printer calibration tool in Settings → Printers. Set an X and Y offset in millimetres. The correction is saved to your account and applied automatically every time you print to that printer — including from the Bridge.
