Link to a PDF or web menu — no printed menus needed.

Link to a payment page or PayPal.me URL for easy in-person payments.

App download links

When to Use QR Code

  • ✓ You need to store a URL, website address, or long string
  • ✓ You want customers to scan a label with their phone
  • ✓ You're encoding Wi-Fi credentials, a vCard, or payment link
  • ✓ Your label is large enough for a 2D code (at least 2cm × 2cm)

When NOT to Use QR Code

  • ✗ Logistics and shipping barcodes — warehouse scanners use Code 128, not QR
  • ✗ Retail POS systems — use EAN-13 or UPC-A for checkout scanning
  • ✗ Very tiny labels — DataMatrix is more space-efficient at small sizes
  • ✗ Amazon FBA labels — FNSKU requires Code 128 specifically
